After developing her passion for the trusts and estates area of law at suburban law firms, Elizabeth Zwaan Milne, Esq. founded her firm, located in Berwyn, outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in April 2022.

She provides legal counsel to individuals and families, focusing in four main practice areas: (1) Estate Planning, (2) Trust and Estate Administration, (3) Residential Real Estate Transactions, and

(4) Business Planning. Additionally, Elizabeth is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Being a life-long Main Line resident, Elizabeth attended Saint Norbert School in Paoli, Pennsylvania and Villa Maria Academy High School in Malvern, Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations & Legal Studies at University of Delaware, Newark, Delaware, her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, Delaware, and her Masters of Laws in Taxation with an Estate Planning Certificate from Villanova University School of Law, Villanova, Pennsylvania.

Giving back to her community through philanthropic endeavors has always been an important mission for Elizabeth. As such, she and her family founded the Brian C. Zwaan Legacy Fund, a charitable organization under the Chester County Community Foundation, that was created in memory of her father, who tragically passed away. The Brian C. Zwaan Legacy Fund continues her father's passion for education and supports educational programs in the Philadelphia area that are focused on "propelling young minds forward." Elizabeth also serves as a Board Member of the Chester County Community Foundation.

 

Elizabeth resides in Berwyn with her family and enjoys her free time at the New Jersey shore.
